How to create a Swiipe Payment Link in the Portal
You can customize the email that is sent to your customers via email, containing the payment link.
Customize payment link for all future orders
Go to the Payment link page in the Swiipe Portal, and click on "Customize payment link".
Here you can add:
- A company logo (click "Upload" and select the desired image file).
- A greeting. To add a personalized greeting, use {customer name} where you would like the customer's name to be displayed (e.g. Hej {customer name}), and ensure to provide the name in the customer's details.
- A message to explain more about what the payment is for, or any other details that would help refresh the customer's memory about your agreement.
- A signature (e.g. Peter from webshop.dk).
Ensure to provide custom email text for all languages that you use.
Use "Preview email" and "Preview SMS" to confirm your changes appear as desired. When you are happy with the changes, click "Save".
Note: For the SMS, only the signature can be added.
Customize the payment link before sending it to the customer
When you have just created a payment link and you're ready to send it to the customer via email, you can customize it before sending. Just click "Customize" to go to the customization page.
Please note that any changes made will be saved for all future payment link emails, but you can still update it each time before sending it via email.
