What is the Swiipe Payment link?

Swiipe Payment link is a quick, easy, and secure way to collect payments. It can be used in addition to the regular purchase flow in the checkout, or completely on its own. 

When paying via the payment link, your customer is taken directly to the payment window, and can select a preferred payment method among the Swiipe payments you have enabled (e.g. Credit Cards, MobilePay, Apple Pay, etc.) and complete the purchase.

To keep the process short and focused on completing the payment, the customer will see only the essential information, such as the total amount to pay, and the Order ID. It is up to you to inform the customer about any other details. 

Use Swiipe payment link:

• to charge an extra fee to an already existing order on your webshop;
• to collect payments outside of your webshop (e.g. at the market, in a physical store, a custom order that cannot be selected on your webshop);
• to collect payments when you don’t have a working webshop (e.g. when selling custom products and services).
