Return-sell is available in Swiipe Plugin for WooCommerce v. 5.11.0 and up, so ensure you have the correct version of our plugin and a Swiipe PSP plan active on your webshop. To set up the Return-sell on your webshop, follow the instructions below.
First, activate the Return-sell service in the Portal:

- Log on to the Swiipe Portal at portal.swiipe.com
- Go to the Plugin page (If you have multiple webshops that use Swiipe, select the one you wish to activate Return-sell on).
- Now scroll down to find Return-sell service and click Activate.
- Follow the steps in the activation flow to confirm the activation of the service. Ensure to read and accept the terms and conditions.
- Log on to the Swiipe Portal at portal.swiipe.com
Then, activate Return-sell in your webshop's admin panel:

- Go to your webshop's backend/ admin panel.
If you are in doubt about where to find it, type "/wp-admin" at the end of your webshop's URL for WooCommerce. - Go to the WooCommerce > Swiipe Settings.
- In the Swiipe Settings go to the tab called Return-sell.
- If you have a multistore, ensure to select the store for which you wish to set up Return-sell:
- In the section for the Return-sell page, choose a name for your returns page, type it in and click Create page.
This is where your customers will go to register their returns, so we recommend choosing an easy to remember name, such as "returns". - In the section for Registering returns, enable the setting: Allow customers to register their returns/ Tillad dine kunder at registere deres returneringer
- Go to your webshop's backend/ admin panel.
Now, set up your Returns page to reflect your custom return policies:

- Select the period in which your customers can register returns.
Please note that within EU for products bought online the minimum period is 14 days from the day the customer received the goods. - Add a link to your webshops returns policy.
If you have any non-returnable products or any special conditions, add them to your returns policy. If your returns policy is part of the general policy, add the link to the general policy instead. - Add your webshop’s customer support email address and a link to your customer support.
The link will be available to all your customers throughout the returns flow. While the email will only be provided for special cases, such as when product cannot be returned, but has arrived damaged. - Configure Reasons for return.
With Return-sell you can collect insights on why your customers are returning the products. Please note that it is not required for your customers to provide this information.
- To enable Reasons for return, tick the setting for Allow customers to select a reason for return.
- Select the reasons that sound appropriate to the products you sell on your webshop.
- To add any custom reasons, see how to add custom reasons for return.
- You can also make it possible for your customers to leave a comment in a comment box, by ticking the setting for Allow "other" reason with a comment field.
- To enable Reasons for return, tick the setting for Allow customers to select a reason for return.
- Select a returns method that matches your returns shipping policy.

Do you have any non-returnable products?
If yes, ensure to list them in your returns policy, and mark them as non-returnable in the product settings. See how to mark a product as non returnable via Return-sell
That is it. Your customers will find a link to your returns page in their order confirmation email. But to make sure they use it - don't forget to inform your customers that they should now be registering all their returns online.
