Return-sell comes with some already predefined reasons for return. If you sell very specific products and want to provide more predefined reasons, you can add your own custom reasons, and here is how:
- In your webshop's admin panel, navigate to WooCommerce > Swiipe Settings > Return-sell
- In the section Reasons for return, click the button Add custom reason.
- In the popup that opens - type in your reason for return.
Please note that if you want this reason to show up for customers who view your webshop in another language than the reason you are providing, you must provide the translation yourself. Otherwise, the reason might not be shown for customers who view your webshop in other languages.
Alternatively, you can type in the same reason for all language options - then it will be displayed for all languages, but it will not be translated (so if you type it in Swedish, it will be shown in Swedish, even if your customer is viewing the webshop in Norwegian).
If your webshop can only be viewed in one language (meaning, you don't offer trasnslation of the webshop and there is no way for customers to change it) - you don't need to worry about providing translations. - Once you typed in your reason and translations (if applicable), click Done.
- Repeat the steps 2, 3 and 4 for every custom reason you want to add.
- Once you are done, save your changes in the settings by clicking Save changes.
That is it. Your customers will now see your custom reasons among other selected reasons for returns in the returns flow.
