To set up Return-sell on your webshop, you must select a method in which you accept the returns to be shipped back to you. Here's how to find the one that matches your return shipping policy.
Do you offer free shipping for returns, and provide a pre-paid shipping label in the parcels you send?
If yes, select the Free pre-paid label provided in the order option.
Ensure to communicate the Returns page url to your customers.
We recommend adding it as a link in the footer on the webshop, and adding it to the returns parcel.

Do you offer a pre-paid label in your parcels, but charge a fee when customers use it?
If yes, select the Pre-paid label provided in the order for a fee option and enter the fee.
Your customers will be informed about this fee in the returns flow, and the fee will also be calculated into the overall expected refunds amount.
If you don't provide any shipping labels, and your customers are free to chose how they send their returns back to you at their own expense:
select Customer's carrier of choice (at customer's expense). Ensure to provide the address where the returns should be delivered to.
Do you only accept returns in person in your physical store?
If yes, select Return to a physical store option.
Regardless which option you choose, ensure to communicate to your customers that they must first register their returns online. We recommend:
- Adding a link to your Return-sell page in the footer links on your webshop
- Providing a url or a QR code to your Return-sell page together with any other information you add to your physical parcels. You can download and use our template (below).
