What product recommendations will be shown in Return-sell?

If your customers are returning a variable product* (a product with several options) – they will be shown the recommendation of the same product, where they can easily select another variation and add it to the cart. If they are returning multiple variable products – they will see multiple recommended products, and will be able to easily choose another variant of the same products to add to their cart.

In addition, since not all products our merchants sell are variable, your customers will also see a selection of other products that are related to the order they returned. These product recommendations are selected by you in the “Product recommendations” tab of Swiipe settings (in your webshops admin panel).

If you don’t sell any variable products, it will only be the collection of related product recommendations that your customers will see.

All recommendations are shown after the customer has confirmed that they want to return some products.

*What is a variable product?

It is a product that comes in different versions, such as sizes, colors, etc., which then requires your customer to select the desired variant before they can add the product to their cart. Such product might be called “variable product”, “configurable product” or “product with combinations” on different platforms. Opposite of that is a simple product – a product that comes in one version and can be added to the cart directly from the product's overview page.
