How to mark a product as non returnable via Return-sell

With Return-sell your customers can easily register their returns online and start a new purchase from the same flow. 

If you sell products that are not returnable (due to reasons such as products being digital, hygiene reasons, products made to order, etc), you can make returns process for your customers easier by letting them know when a product cannot be returned.

In Return-sell all virtual products are automatically marked as non-returnable. To mark other products as not returnable, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your webshop's admin panel. 
   
   
2. Go to the products overview, then click on the product you want to mark as non-returnable.
   In WooCommerce that is under Products > All products
   In Magento 2 that is under Catalog > Products
   
   
3. In the product settings, find the tag that says Returnable, and unselect it, or set it to "No".

That is it. Now your customers will not be able to register this product for returns. 

We recommend that also you list all the products (or product categories) that cannot be returned in your returns policy.
