How to add product recommendations to the Return-sell email

Return-sell is a service that shows product recommendations to your customers after they register their returns online. The same product recommendations can also be added to the email we send to confirm the registration of the products your customers want to return. 

If you would like to increase the benefits of Return-sell and add product recommendations to the email, here is how:

1. In your webshop's admin panel, navigate to Swiipe Settings > Return-sell
   
   
2. In the section Email, select the setting Show product recommendations in the Return-sell email
   
   
3. Provide the color of the main button on your webshop, or other chosen color code in hex under Primary color (in Hex) for Return-sell in the email.
   This color will be used on the Buy buttons in the email, and as a background for product recommendations. Therefore we recommend using the color that matches your brand. 
   
   
   
   If you're not sure how to find the color code used for your webshop, you can ask your webshop designer, or use one of plenty online tools (try searching for color picker where you can enter the url of the webshop, or upload a screenshot of your webshop). 

Showing product recommendations in the email does not cost you any extra, and it will increase the likelihood of your customers coming back to your store and placing a new purchase even days after registering their returns.

Such email is only sent once after the customer registers their returns, and only if they opted in to receive product recommendations in their inbox (during the returns flow).
