How to get the Storefront API Token for Win-back on Shopify

Win-back allows you to recover lost sales by providing an easy way for customers to retry failed payments.

For Win-back to function, we need access to your storefront API. This will allow us to recreate customers' baskets even after their initial checkout session has expired. 
 

To get the Storefront API token: 

1. Install the Shopify Headless app on your Shopify store.
    
    
2. Once installed, click 'Create storefront'.
   
    

3. Find Storefront API and click 'Manage'. 
   

4. Copy the Public Access Token.
   
    
5. Insert this token in the Win-back app settings, and click 'Save changes'.
   (To get to Win-back app settings: find the Win-back app on your Shopify and click on it, then select 'More actions' > 'Manage')
