How to activate Mobilepay

1. 1. Log in to the Swiipe portal: https://portal.swiipe.com/
      
      
   2. In the menu on the left, navigate to the Plugin page.
      
      If you cannot find this page it is probably because you are on your private account.
      Just press the email in the top right corner and choose your webshop from the dropdown menu.
      
      
   3. In the Plugin page, ensure you are viewing services for the correct webshop, by selecting your webshop in the switcher on top of the page. 
      
      
      
   4. Among the services on the same page, find MobilePay service and click Activate.
      
      
      If you do not have Card Payments activated yet, you will be asked to complete that activation first. See How to get Clearhaus via Swiipe.
      
      
   5. Ensure to read and accept the terms and conditions for the service. 
      
      
   6. Provide your company logo that meets MobilePay requirements: 
      The logo must be exactly 250 x 250 pixels and it is not possible to scale it up or down after upload.
      The logo must be in a PNG format (.png), other formats such as JPG or PDF are not accepted. 
      
      If you don't have a logo right now, you can also upload it later. 
      
      
      
   7. When you are done with the logo, click Activate. 
      
      

   That's it. It will take 3-5 business days for us to activate the service.
   Once it is active, you can enable it on your webshop.
