What is Plus-sell?

Plus-sell is a service that increases your AOV (Average Order Value), by utilizing a Thank-you page for additional sales. With Plus-sell, chosen product recommendations are displayed on the Thank-you page, where your customers can easily update their order with more items.

Swiipe Plus-sell provides a display for product recommendations and an order update flow directly on the Thank-you page of your webshop. Since product recommendations are only shown after the payment is completed, your conversion rate remains unharmed. In addition, customers are more likely to spend a bit more, after they have already spent some. This way you get a risk-free increase in your AOV and a revenue boost.

Once the customer completes the Plus-sell flow, Swiipe creates a new order in your webshop platform to ensure you have an overview in one place and can ship all items together. The initial order will be canceled, so you don’t ship it twice. Swiipe marks all orders related to Plus-sell in your webshops admin panel and the Swiipe Portal, so you are always informed.

There is also no limit on how many times the customer can purchase via Plus-sell. As long as the initial order is not yet captured or canceled, the customer can add more items to their order.

Plus-sell is only available for customers using Swiipe Payments, and only for orders placed via Swiipe Payments.
