How to become Swiipe partner and use the partner portal

Become Swiipe partner

Start by going to the partner portal, which you can find here:

https://portal.swiipe.com/partner_signup

1. Create a partner login

Enter your information: e-mail address, phone number, full name, CVR number and select your company from the drop-down menu. Accept the terms and click on 'Create partner login'.

You will then receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your partner login by clicking the button and following the link:

In the partner portal, you will be asked to create a password for your partner login. After you have created your password, you will be taken to your personal page.

2. Access your partner page

You can access your partner page by clicking on your email in the upper right corner and selecting your company in the drop-down menu.

From your partner page, you can create new e-commerce accounts.

3. Creating an e-commerce account

If you want to create a new e-commerce account for the webshop owner, you must insert the information of that company, and not your own company. You have to enter the name of the company, the CVR number, the URL of the webshop and select the platform on which the webshop operates.

Enter the e-mail of the webshop owner in the e-mail field. Since the webshop owner must approve you as a partner and give you permission to manage their Swiipe e-commerce account, they will receive an e-mail with information about this. They can give you the permission simply by clicking the button in the email.

The webshop owner will receive the following e-mail:

Once approved by the webshop owner, you will be able to manage the webshop and their e-commerce account will appear in the drop-down menu:

By selecting the webshop owner's company name in the drop-down menu, you will arrive at their account, where you can find the API key, which you need to copy and paste into the Swiipe plugin on either Magento, Prestashop or WooCommerce.
