  Allow your customers to split their payments into 4, 6, 8, or 10 installments. With Anyday, your customers can enjoy the flexibility of making interest-free payments over time. Anyday assumes all credit risk, and you will receive the payout a week later. To activate this payment method, you need to have a Swiipe PSP plan and a direct agreement with Anyday.

Bug fixes:

• An infinite spinner will no longer be shown if placing order fails in the checkout.
• Improved handling of the ApplePay token format exceptions.
• The issue, where Webshipper hides the delivery methods for users logged in with Swiipe on Google Chrome browser, is fixed.

  Customers can now place orders on the Woo Checkout Block using Swiipe payment methods.

• Animation for the product recommendations in the Plus-sell and Return-sell modals
  Attract more customers and increase the interaction with your products by enabling the product animation in the Swiipe settings on your webshop. Animation is now enabled by default, but you always can disable it in the Swiipe settings.
  Note: For the animation to work, recommended products need more than one image in their gallery.
  
  

• Custom styling for the product recommendations in the Plus-sell and Return-sell modals
  Apply different colors for the product recommendations in the Plus-sell and Return-sell modals.  The new ‘Theming’ tab is now added in the Swiipe settings on your webshop where you can customize the colors for the product recommendations. You can also see how selected colors will interact with each other in the preview section in the ‘Theming’ tab.
  

• Returns can’t be registered when the total value of the items selected to return is higher than shipping fees
  Now the return is not allowed to be registered when the cost of returning items exceeds the value of the returns. In this case, the customer will be offered the option to contact your customer support.
  
  

• Creating a payment link for canceled orders
  The payment link can now be created even if the order has ‘Canceled’ status. When you send the customer a payment link for a canceled order, the order status will automatically change to "Pending payment".

• Support for manually removing unprocessed returns
  It is now easy to remove a registered return, that has never been resolved due to various reasons (e.g. the customer never sent the returns, you found another solution together with the customer, etc.). To delete the unprocessed return, go to Order edit view, find the section with Registered return, and click the “Remove this return” link. The order will no longer appear under orders that are “Awaiting returns” and the same products will become available to register for returns again (if the returns period allows it).

Ensure you have the latest version of Swiipe plugin. Then go to “see details” for Win-back in the Swiipe Portal. There you can type in your sender name, and under advanced settings, you can select “Use webshop URL for redirect” to update your Win-back link.

• Improved and more reliable payment flow 
  With the new more reliable payment flow, when a user makes a successful payment via Swiipe, we notify the webshop. If the webshop fails to acknowledge this notification, we cancel the payment and allow the user to try again. 
  This fixes a previous issue we noticed, where the payment would go through, but the order wouldn’t change its status, leading to a missed opportunity to process the order.
  All the technical information about these notifications is also available to view for each transaction in the Swiipe portal.

• Custom product recommendations
  You can now configure your Plus-sell to show a custom set of products as Plus-sell recommendations for every order. Simply provide the product IDs of the chosen products in the Swiipe Plus-sell settings. You can use custom product recommendations as the only product recommendations you display, as a supplement to cross-sell product recommendations, or as a fallback for when there are no cross-sell product recommendations to display for a particular order. 
   
• New Plus-sell design
  Our new Plus-sell design has two templates available: carousel and special view. It ensures all product images can be viewed, and in carousel template shows only 3 products at the, which makes space for bigger product images. We have also updated the variation selection for variable/configurable products and made it easier to have an overview before placing a Plus-sell order. 
   
• New Swiipe settings design in the admin panel
  We have updated the look of our settings in the admin panel. Our new settings work smoother, makes it easier to navigate between all the settings, and looks the same on all the e-commerce platforms we support.
   
• New look of our Secured by Swiipe logo
  Swiipe logo in the checkout is minimal, sleek, and monochrome.
   
• Updated MitID notification
  We have adapted our notification to match the latest changes. It now mentions only MitID and is displayed only for Card Payments.

  Get 2 gateways in one. When you have Swiipe PSP Business plan, you get a fallback gateway included. Swiipe Ensure actively monitors the payments performance on your Webshop and acts immediately if any issues arise. Meaning, we can route your customers to our alternative payment gateway, until the issues are resolved. Or if there is a specific payment method that is out of service, we will automatically hide it in your checkout, so your customers won’t be met with a payment method that is not available. • Default country support

Once added, you can tailor Swiipe services per webshop/ language by changing the scope of the Swiipe settings page.

• A headline in the Plus-sell popup
  When you use our Plus-sell popup feature, your customers will now see the main headline in the popup as well as on the thank you page.
   
• Delayed automatic carousel movement when popup is shown
  When you use our Plus-sell carousel template and a popup, we now ensure that carousel only moves when the popup has been closed, so your customers will see it. 
   
• All products displayed with short description
  We now show only the “Product short description” as the information about the products on all our Plus-sell modals and templates. So you can tailor yourself how much information you want to display about the products on Plus-sell, without compromising the main product description on the product page.

• Request company details by marking delivery methods as business 
  You can now mark any delivery method (even from providers Swiipe does not integrate directly to) as a business delivery, and your customers will be asked to provide company details to complete the purchase.

  Due to the recent changes in the payment law (3DS2), customers are now often required to log in to the NemID app to approve their transactions. We see a lot of customers abandoning the payment flow because that is not what they are used to. To bring awareness and trust back, you can now select to show a little notice in the payment form informing customers that they will need to log in with their NemID as part of the payment flow. It is available for both Card Payments and MobilePay when you use Swiipe 
   
• See what card the customer paid with
  You can now see in both the Swiipe payment widget and Swiipe portal what card the customer used to make the purchase: Visa, Mastercard or Dankort. You will also see if they used any of these cards in combination with MobilePay.

Bug fixes: 

• Saved payments icons in the checkout for logged in users are now displayed correctly on iPhones.

• More efficient order review
  For the orders containing more than 5 items, we now automatically hide the product images in the checkout to allow an easier order overview. 
   
• Option to show all the delivery methods even for logged-in users
  When user logs in with Swiipe, we automatically select the delivery option for them, based on their preferences, and hide the rest of the choices to reduce the cognitive load in the checkout. However, you can now select to show all the delivery options in the checkout for the logged-in users instead.

 Bug fixes: 

• Browser autofill works correctly now. However, on some browsers the address may not be filled in, if Google autocomplete feature is on, as the two cannot successfully function together.

• IE support for Swiipe Card Payments 
  Your customers can now complete their purchase with cards through Swiipe, even if they use the browser Internet Explorer. Instead of typing their card details in the same checkout page (as on other browsers), they will be taken to a secure payment window where they can complete the payment. 
   
• Payment link 
  You can now create orders for your customers and just send them a payment link to complete the purchase. You can do that from the order page in the webshop admin panel, just remember to select the payment method under the customer's billing information. Available for both Swiipe Card Payments and MobilePay.
   
• Account-to-account payments (Beta) 
  You can now get our new future payment method based on PSD2 legislation. The payment solution allows you to receive payments directly from your customers' bank accounts to yours, skipping card processing in between. The service is available in the Beta version through your Swiipe portal.

  We have added a Swiipe widget in the order page in WooCommerce, so you can see the order payment information (such as payment method type, status and the amount). It is especially useful if you are using our “disable capture on complete” feature, as in that case the order status might not match the payment status. 
   
• Error messages for failed payments 
  We now provide more information on what went wrong when the payment fails. You can see these error messages in the order notes on WooCommerce, and your customers will see this information on the checkout or a payment page (in cases where 3DS is required).

  Shipmondo made some big changes in the way their plugin works. We have now adjusted and support the newest as well as the earlier versions. 
   
• “Delayed capture” feature 
  We made it possible for you to manage the payments through the Swiipe portal instead of WooCommerce. With the setting “disable capture on complete” you can choose the payments to not be captured when the order status is changed in WooCommerce, and instead do it yourself in the Swiipe portal.  
   
• Support for custom order numbers 
  We ensured the order id in the webshop admin panel always matches the one shown on the transactions in the Swiipe portal, even if you set it to sequential, random, add prefixes or otherwise modify it in WooCommerce. 
   
• Improved algorithm for selecting a delivery method 
  We improved our algorithm for selecting delivery addresses for logged-in Swiipe users (so they can check out faster with our One-Click Buy). We select the delivery that matches the customer’s preference at the best price on the webshop. 
   
• Option to display custom sections below order review 
  We have extended our support for the custom sections you might have in your checkout (extra input fields, information displays, etc.). You can now choose to display it just under order review.
